Friends don't let friends stay in Promotions Purgatory. Click your J.T. email and drag it to the "Primary" tab so the rest of your J.T. emails show up in the main inbox.

3. Using the Outlook Mobile App?

Move your J.T. Ellison emails to the "Focused" inbox to make sure you see them.
